Return Process

  Log into your Banana Games account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or washing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
